OUR RETURN POLICY

• We accept all returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery and pay the return shipping fee.
• We will provide a prepaid label to return the item.
• Serial numbers of returned products must match the original shipment.
• All returns must be in original condition and must include the original packaging and content in tact.
• Returns should be packed in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item or its original packaging.

90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

• Our warranty covers 'DAMAGE IN TRANSIT'. It must be reported immediately (no longer than 14 days)
• Our 90-day warranty covers fusers and image transfer belts
• Printheads, developers, and image units are covered under a 30 day warranty.
• We do not provide any warranty for toner.
• Our warranty does not cover any water damage to electronics
• Our warranty does not cover any physical damage after 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery
