OUR RETURN and REFUND POLICY

• We accept returns within 45 days of confirmed delivery. A 90-day Parts and Labor warranty applies to all printers and printers only.
• Any DOA must be reported immediately and no later than 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery.
• A restocking fee of 15% will apply for "Ordered Wrong Item" and "No Longer Needed" type of returns. Shipping fees will not be refunded for such returns.
• Serial numbers of returned products must match the original shipment.
• All returns must be in original condition and must include the original packaging and content in tact.
• Returns should be packed in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item or its original packaging.
