We accept returns within 45 days of confirmed delivery. A 90-day Parts and Labor warranty applies to all printers and printers only.
Any DOA must be reported immediately and no later than 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery.
A restocking fee of 15% will apply for "Ordered Wrong Item" and "No Longer Needed" type of returns. Shipping fees will not be refunded for such returns.
Serial numbers of returned products must match the original shipment.
All returns must be in original condition and must include the original packaging and content in tact.
Returns should be packed in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item or its original packaging.
